Six sectors. One thesis.
Since 1965, Kukadia Group has added businesses not to diversify but to compound. Diamonds gave the group its first capital base and its first international relationships. Real estate followed from that footprint. Textiles from that manufacturing discipline. Clean energy and software from the third generation's conviction about where durable value accrues next. Nothing here was acquired. Each arm was built from within.
Three generations have inherited operating businesses and launched new ones. At no point did a prior sector close to fund the next — today all six are active, each with its own operating team. That continuity is the claim that cannot be faked or fast-followed: sixty years of unbroken operation, compounding across generational transitions.
